Shipping Address
  1. APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Boxes addresses in all countries are not supported.
  2. Non-continental Europe countries are not supported, usually referring to the islands and territories affiliated with the European countries.

US：For the US Outlying Territories area(Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands) and other remote area service, please refer to check out menu for the detail, the delivery time could be extended and refer to "my orders-track" for the most updated status.
  4. SA/UAE：The valid address and phone# are the key factors for on time delivery. We encourage you to input the address with accurate City-district-street/avenue-house#. The delivery time in remote areas could be extended. Please refer to "my orders-track" for the most updated status
Shipping Time and Cost
  1. After the order has been placed, our warehouse needs approximately 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Package's final arrival time=warehouse's processing time+Shipping time
  2. In most cases, your package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by transportation delays, invalid address, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions and other external factors. Shipping Logistics Issue Follow-up

If you find that your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 30 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed. Please note that: 1) If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or 2) Your package includes missing/incorrect items or other logistics issues, you should contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page.

  4. Many countries do not charge import duties on personal parcels under a certain stated value. However, you are still required to pay taxes when the items you've ordered from us arrive in your country. Clothes are a commonly taxed item, so we'd strongly recommend you to check.
  5. Canceling items might affect your order's eligibility for free shipping. If, after cancellation, your order no longer meets the criteria for free shipping, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping fee.
